Speaking of bakers... what are your thoughts on ordering cupcakes based on the type of establishment (home, truck, storefront, etc.)? There is a home based bakery in VA that I have heard good things about but I have as of yet to try their cupcakes. Not surprising..the minimum order is two-dozen!
I'm always excited to see the entrepreneurial spirit in any form but I think that when serving food, cleanliness is the key! The venue is of no consequence (in my opinion) as long as it's accessible, clean and provides great cuppies! :-)
