Sprinkles Cupcakes and NBC's new presidential comedy, 1600 Penn, have teamed up! Tomorrow, January 11, 2013, Sprinkles Georgetown will give away "1600 Penn" branded cupcakes to celebrate fictional President Gilchrist's inauguration Day.
