Just when you thought Sprinkles' empire couldn't grow any larger, they ink a deal with franchisor M.H. Alshaya Co. putting Sprinkles in 34 locations in the Middle East. Natives and ex-pats alike can now nosh on ginger-lemon and red velvet cupcakes in Egypt, Kuwait, Bahrain, Jordan, Lebanon, Morocco, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the UAE. The Kuwait store will open in December 2012 which is also the summer season in the Middle East. Perfect timing for the perfect treats.
